SAMCO was founded in 1984 by Norma Polcek as a project to pass the time while her children were at school. The company, which began in Norma’s basement, has since expanded, acquiring more and larger clients throughout the United States and Europe. In 2007, SAMCO was honored with the Rockford Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award.

Recently, Norma handed the reins over to employee, Toni Dunlap. Toni’s devotion to SAMCO has brought the company great success. She looks forward to continuing the tradition of exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
